Triad Aviation Academy Sign Up Agreement

I am aware that airlines have basic eligibility requirements that I have reviewed here. I understand that if I do not meet these requirements, I am not eligible to be hired by the airlines.

I acknowledge that all tuition paid is in exchange for copyrighted, proprietary program material and as such is not refundable, even if I decide not to continue with the program.

There is no transfer fee to change class dates IF the transfer is made prior to 2 weeks from the class start date. If I choose to transfer to a later class within 2 weeks of my class start date, I understand there is a $400 transfer fee. This fee may be reduced to $100 if I have an approved reason for the transfer (approved by TAA) and I must provide acceptable documentation to TAA to qualify for this transfer fee reduction.

I agree to attend class within a year of making my first deposit.
